This circa 1970s genuine vintage French-made silk is luxuriously midweight with a slubbed design in black against an iridescent chrome cloth. It has a subtle sheen and is completely opaque. Wrinkle-resistant, the silk threads are incredibly soft and give it natural drape whilst maintaining good structure. A rarity, this fabric would make into a divine pair of trousers with a soft pleat or pintuck, a spring weight vest, jacket or incredible bag.
