This circa 1970s genuine vintage French-made jacquard is luxuriously midweight and double the fun. One face features a diamond check print in red, mauve, silver and gold. The reverse face has an embroidered striped design in blue and grey against mauve, red, silver and gold checks. It has a subtle sheen and is completely opaque. Wrinkle-resistant, it's incredibly soft holding plenty of natural drape. A rarity, this fabric would make into a divine pair of trousers with a soft pleat or pintuck, a spring weight vest or jacket and an incredible wrap blouse.

From the workroom of New Zealand's oldest tie manufacturer, Parisian, est. 1919, comes a collection of exceptional fabrics from Europe. Making in the heart of Auckland for over 100 years, Parisian continues to apply the tradition of craft and quality honed over four generations. Buy a piece of textile history, with this fine collection of archival fabrics.
