Thea is an embroidered stretch cotton, featuring a broken stitched stripe in electric blue against a black base. It's perfect for adding a touch of interest and texture to any garment, as the combination of contrasting colours adds excellent dimension to the fabric. It is lightweight but totally opaque, with excellent stretch and ease of wear. Ideal for dresses, blouses and skirts.
