Kaihara Denim manufacturers are the epitome of Japanese quality and a namesake for denim that will last many lifetimes. A very rare and interesting denim, this Kaihara #108 is a midweight denim in a true black colourway with a visible twill and washed finish. It is a solid dye, unlike most denims that have a two-tone twill. It holds structure and is the ideal denim for beginners right through to experts, perfect for jeans, jackets, skirts and everything in between.

It is said every second person in Japan wears denim manufactured by Kaihara. Founded in 1893, Kaihara Denim continues to build on traditional Japanese methods such as the skill of kasuri weaving to create new innovative denim. A pioneer of wider-width denim without jeopardising the quality Japan is known for, supplying to the world's finest denim brands.

Please note: We recommend pre-washing this denim in cold water with a mild detergent and leave to soak for 30 minutes to soften the fabric.

Composition: 100% Cotton

Width: 147cm wide

Weight: 13 Oz Denim / 360GSM

Origin: Made in Japan

Care: We recommend a cold machine wash. Please wash separately before cutting to allow for any dye run. Do not leave to soak in the washing machine or tub as this can cause crease run lines.
