This circa 1980s genuine vintage Pierre Cardin jacquard is a piece of fashion history. Austrian-made, it features tactile lemon and ivory horizontal stripes (approx. 8mm) bordered by navy stitch lines against a soft artichoke green cloth. An embroidered Cardin logo repeats in between the striped pattern. Midweight, it has a subtle sheen and is completely opaque. It drapes similar to a heavy satin and will hold gentle structure perfectly, making into the perfect dress shirt, trans-seasonal two-piece set, playful skirt and even scarf.
