Boiled Wool #2 is a lovely midweight boiled wool. A tight knit weave, it has an interlaced reverse side and tactile brushed finish. With plenty of body it has structured drape, and this merino wool is softer than your typical boiled wool. It has a fine finish, and being boiled is also moisture-wicking, and odour-free. With subtle mechanical stretch giving it natural give, it's ideal for unlined draped jackets, cardigans, wrap coats, trans-seasonal layering pieces, or babywear.
Boiled wool is a Drapers' favourite. Due to its production process, it doesn't fray and is excellent for projects with unfinished seams. The perfect, cut & sew fabric for beginners!

Care: We recommend gentle warm hand-wash, but it can be washed in a delicate cold wash cycle with wool wash liquid. Never wash in hot water as this will shock the wool fibres and shrink the fabric.
