Monet is an extravagantly printed chiffon with a yoryu texture and featuring an abstract design in a fun range of mint, gold, violet, orange and cream. Extremely lightweight it has a similar handle, drape and weight to a silk chiffon (and could easily be mistaken for a silk!) making for a lovely gathered blouse or lined dress or skirt.
Being synthetic, this is a great fabric for travel as it won't crush or crease and requires no ironing.
