Our new Japanese Triacetate suitings have just landed, and they're everything we need for those trans-seasonal pieces that work for every occasion.
Triacetate is a semi-natural fabric made from cellulose. It was originally founded in the late 1800's but felt too much like plastic to become a commercial textile until Mitsubishi tweaked the formula and it become a staple of textile industry from the 1950's.
Because it comes in a range of finishes, including crepe, satin back crepe and sateen, it's the ideal fabric for occasionwear. It's also resistant to wrinkling, creasing and mildew making it the perfect travel companion. From your working wardrobe to your best friends hens, these suitings have all your bases covered!
