This Indian shot silk dupion is a show-stopping, midweight silk. It has an iridescent quality to it, with interwoven shades of apricot and off-white, and a visible weave with subtle slubs. Made from silk from wild silkworms - which create raw, uneven filaments - this silk has a unique, textured finish. It has plenty of body, structure and doesn't crease easily - making it perfect for statement dresses, jackets, skirts or any occasion wear.

The key ingredients involved in making luxurious Indian silk are these: the unique characteristics of the wild Indian silk and the centuries-old techniques used in the Indian cottage industry.
