This circa 1980s genuine vintage Pierre Cardin jacquard is a piece of fashion history. Austrian-made, the pebble grey cloth features a horizontal striped design of ivory white stripes alongside burgundy stripes (both approx. 3 cm), bordered by ivory, baby blue, burgundy and stone grey pinstripes. An embroidered Cardin logo repeats in between the striped pattern. Midweight, it has a subtle sheen and is completely opaque. It drapes similar to a heavy satin and will hold gentle structure perfectly, making into the perfect dress shirt, trans-seasonal two-piece set, playful skirt and even scarf.
