Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not offer refund or exchange for incorrect purchases or change of mind once the fabric has been cut. In the unlikely event that the fabric you have received is faulty or incorrect from what you have ordered, we will either replace the fabric at no charge or if the fabric is no longer available we will refund the fabric cost. If you received an order with missing or faulty items please get in touch at your earliest convenience. Refund or exchange claims lodged after the 30 day period will be void.
To be eligible for a return/refund, claims must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase and the fabric must be in its original condition. Please email us at shop@drapersfabrics.com or call us on +64 9 524 5716 to make your claim or if you have any questions regarding our refund/exchange policy.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any damaged orders once they have left our premises. Please contact the courier company directly to lodge complaints or queries.
FREE Click & Collect
If you would like to pick up your order from your local Drapers store, we offer a free of charge Click & Collect option for NZ or AU orders. Simply select the 'Click & Collect' option when picking a shipping option.
Our stores will notify you when the order is ready to be collectedPlease wait till you have received a 'Ready to Collect' notification via email before you pop in to pick up your order.
Aus: Please note that C&C orders may take the same length of time as our standard home delivery, due to items being shipped from our Auckland warehouse. If your order is urgent, please give our Melbourne team a call on +61 3 9077 8728 or our Sydney team a call on +61 2 9145 2828 to check if your desired fabric is currently in stock.
