The TIE WAIST blouse pattern features a pull-over blouse with long ties and a casing across the waist to be adjusted to your desired level of snugness. The CONE sleeve is a classic cone-shaped sleeve.

Fabric Recommendations:
The pattern is made primarily for woven fabrics. Avoid fabrics that falls too softly, and choose a fabric with a bit of structure. If you are in doubt about which fabric to choose, then fabrics such as poplin, woven viscose, lightweight denim and lightweight canvas all works well for this blouse.
