Taku - Sashiko Embroidery Cotton | Black
Taku is a unique pure cotton with a sashiko embroidery design in white thread on a black base cloth. Sashiko is a traditional Japanese embroidery technique dating back over 400 years, using a running stitch to create durable, decorative patterns. On Taku, it creates a double-faced fabric, one side featuring a pin dot design, and the other a running stitch. Midweight and completely opaque, it's ideal for shirts, dresses, skirts and more.
