This circa 1970s genuine vintage French-made jacquard is luxuriously midweight. Double-faced, it features a shot basket weave, with one face a darker black colourway, and the reverse a royal navy. With a subtle sheen, it is completely opaque and wrinkle-resistant. It has a soft structure and will hold details such as pleats and gathers well. A rarity, it has a shine that catches the light effortlessly and would make into a divine pair of trousers with a soft pleat or pintuck, a summer jacket, skirt or even a summer bucket hat.
