At Drapers Fabrics, we do our best to ensure accurate representations of products displayed on our website, although the colours of the fabrics may vary due to factors beyond our control such as device display settings. If you are unsure of a fabric, you're welcome to order swatches to get an idea of the weight, colour, etc. before purchasing.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we as the supplier are under no obligation to supply the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation. We will issue a full refund as remedy.

All sales are final. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not offer refund or exchange for incorrect purchases or change of mind once the fabric has been cut. In the unlikely event that the fabric you have received is faulty or incorrect from what you have ordered, we will either replace the fabric at no charge or if the fabric is no longer available we will refund the fabric cost.
To be eligible for a return/refund, claims must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase and the fabric must be in its original condition. Refund Process (if applicable)
To return your product, please either mail the product or bring the product in-store to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you in person, via email or phone that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +64 9 524 5716.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
