We're looking for a fantastic, confident, and experienced retail manager to take the helm of the cutest store in Sydney.
As manager, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our diverse clientele, managing stock, visual merchandising, shooting content for social media, and liaising with our 3 other stores and head office.
Your day-to-day tasks will include things like:
- Assisting customers with fabric selections, providing recommendations and advice as needed.
- Managing inventory and ordering new stock when needed.
- Organising and maintaining the store layout and displays.
- Communicating with our Auckland, Melbourne, and Wellington store teams, as well as our Auckland head office team to ensure the store is running at its best and facilitate sales as necessary.
- Liaising with our brand manager to shoot content for social media.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
If you're passionate, adaptable, confident, and a fast learner then this role is for you! Great communication skills and a love for customer service is paramount. Attention to detail and a passion for fabrics, sewing, and design is also vital to this role.
