Do you have minimums?
Yes, our minimum purchase is ONE meter on our online store.
What if I want to purchase a specific amount? e.g. 1.25m, 3.5m, 5.1m etc.
After our minimum purchase amount of one meter, you can then purchase in 0.1m increments.
Do you send fabric samples/swatches?
Yes, we do! Click here to purchase a fabric swatch: add as many swatches as you would like fabrics, and then include in your order notes which fabrics you would like to receive swatches of.
How do I order a thread match?
You can add a thread match to your order here. Make sure to put in your order notes which fabric you would like the thread matched to. Please note we do our utmost to get a perfect match for every fabric, but we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
How does your Click & Collect service work?
If you do not wish to have an online order couriered to you, we have a Click & Collect option you can select at checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will received an order confirmation email letting you know we have received your order. Please wait till you have received a 'ready to collect' email from your local store notifying you that your order is in store and ready to be picked up.
If you cannot select the 'C&C' option at checkout, this may be because your address is out of our local zone. Please get in touch via email if you do not live locally but would like to collect your order in person.
There is a fabric I have seen in store that I can't find online, can I still purchase it?
It is possible this fabric has since sold out, or it could be an in store exclusive roll. Either way, get in touch via email with your local store to see if they can locate it for you, and we can process a custom order with the fabric if we still carry it.
I want to purchase a remnant online, can I also purchase it in store?
Our online remnants are from our Auckland warehouse only, and therefore cannot be purchased directly from your local store. They can however be purchased with our click and collect option selected, to be collected once they have arrived in store. Please also note that by purchasing 1 remnant you are purchasing the pre-cut length outlined in the remnants description.
I want to purchase a gift voucher online, what are my options?
If you would like to purchase an ONLINE ONLY gift voucher, for yourself or a loved one, you can purchase one here. Please note this voucher is not redeemable in store and can only be used for online orders. Simply input your desired recipients email when processing the gift card and it will automatically be sent to them. Alternatively, you can send to your own email address and forward the digital gift voucher on at a later date.
If you would like to purchase an IN STORE voucher and have it sent to someone, please get in contact with your local store and they will organise this on your behalf.

Do you have customer parking in your Auckland store?
Yes, we have FREE customer parking on site by our Auckland store, for more information on customer parking please visit our parking page.
Do you have customer parking in your Melbourne store?
We unfortunately do not have customer parking available on site, however there is street parking available.

Where do you ship to?
We ship all orders from our New Zealand warehouse, however we can ship anywhere in the world, for more information on shipping please visit Shipping. If you cannot find your desired shipping destination, get in touch for an exact shipping quote.
When will my orders be processed?
Your order will be processed on the same day or the next day from your purchase date except New Zealand public holidays, orders placed on Fridays after 2pm and weekends will not be processed till the following Monday. Our online store operation hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Please note we ship all orders from our New Zealand warehouse, including Australian orders.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, Laybuy and PayPal.
Which currency will I be charged in?
You will be charged in NZD or New Zealand dollars.
