This circa 1970s genuine vintage Switzerland-made jacquard is luxuriously midweight. Double-faced, one face has a regal square pattern with repeating stripes in four shades of blue, joined by small spots at each corner. The reverse face features an embroidered striped design in gold-yellow against the regal square striped pattern. With a subtle sheen, it is completely opaque and wrinkle-resistant. It has a soft structure and will hold details such as pleats and gathers well. A rarity, it has a shine that catches the light effortlessly and would make into a divine pair of trousers with a soft pleat or pintuck, a stunning two-piece set, skirt or cute bag.
