Where did your love of creating come from?
Both my parents are really creative people and I sucked up their love of art, fashion, and design via osmosis... either that or falling off my mum's cutting table as a baby knocked the creativity loose in my head.
Your earliest sewing memory?
It's hard to pinpoint just one. Since my mum is a pattern-maker and seamstress sewing has always been a big part of my life.
What inspires you the most?
A full list would be too long so I'll keep it short and just say: my mum.
How do you spend your time when you're not at Drapers?
Sleeping, eating, reading, consuming hilarious garbage-y TV shows with my best friend, and working towards my honours in art history.
Your favourite fabric at the moment and what would you make it into?
One of my favourites at the moment is our NZ wool Twiggy (specifically the red and orange colour-way) and I would make her into the steeziest 2-piece suit known to man.
